Terms of Service (v2)

Operator-only deliverable. Pre-execution legal review required before sending to a counterparty.

1. Acceptance

By using cipheros.ai or the CipherOS platform, you accept these Terms.

2. Account

Accurate registration information. One person or entity per account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated by reference and governs prohibited content and conduct.

4. Intellectual property

Cipher owns the platform. You own your data and outputs derived solely from your data. Limited licence granted to Cipher to deliver the Services.

5. Payment

Fees per the Order Form. Auto-renewal monthly. 30 days' notice to cancel.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate per the underlying agreement. Cipher may suspend immediately for material violation of the AUP.

7. Disclaimers

Services provided "as is" except as warranted in the underlying agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

Capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

English law (UK customers). State of Delaware (US customers). Severability and severance clauses apply.
